We are aware that the selection of one of MCC cricket camps is an important decision for you and your child to make. When you decide to make a booking, please complete the booking form and return it to us with your payment.
In certain areas, TomTom nation will provide free transport to and from the camp. All free transport will be driven by a qualified driver and all occupants will be provided with seat belts.
The price of this camp covers all activities including coaching, professional cricketer, goodie bag and VAT. However, the price is exclusive of travel to and from the event (except in the case of the pre-arranged free transport).
It is important that your children are taught with others of a similar age, so they are divided into groups upon arrival using a coaching ratio of 1:12.
Any still or moving image captured during the event may be used by TomTom nation / MCC at their discretion in future TomTom nation /
MCC material.
Employer and public liaibility is covered on the TomTom nation policy. Should you wish your child to be covered for amounts outside this policy, we recommend you arrange your own insurance to cover the period of the camp.
We regard receipt of your booking form, accompanied by full payment, as your acceptance of the booking conditions. If you have to cancel a booking, regrettably no refund will be available. In the unlikely event that we cancel the camp you will have the option of transferring to another camp, or receiving a full refund.
We reserve the right to exclude or refuse any person at any time, either prior to or during the camp, if we consider that a child is not compatible
with the general enjoyment or objectives of the camp. No refunds will be available in this instance.
We do not accept liability for the personal injury, or death of any participant on the camp or travelling in transit under our care, however
caused, or for damages to any property belonging to or travelling with a participant. We do not accept responsibility for losses or additional expense due to sickness, weather, strikes, riot, war, quarantine or any other cause.
